REBOUND is a private, non-pofit organization funded by the rank and file membership of a consortium of Building and Construction Trades Unions. We are dedicated to the betterment of the lives of working people. Our biggest asset is the great people that we have working at all levels of our organization. We believe in working with integrity, honesty and a strong commitment to the growth and strength of organized labor.

Miriam Israel Moses

| Miriam was one of the original members of the REBOUND Investigative Team when the organization was founded in 1988. She left REBOUND in 1989 to become the Industrial Statistician and Program Manager of Prevailing Wage for the WA Department of Labor & Industries. She joined the City of Seattle in 1992 as the Executive Director of the Civil Service Commission, and returned to REBOUND as Executive Director in 2002. A constant workers' rights advocate, Miriam attended undergraduate and graduate school at Hunter College in NYC, and was awarded an MBA from California Southern University with a specialization in Labor/Management Relations. In 2012, she has was awarded her Certification in Governance and Non-Profit Management from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Miriam is a member of the Heat & Frost Insulators, Local 7 and, as a published author, poet and composer, she is also a proud member of the Dramatist's Guild and The Author's League. Miriam lives in Seattle with her wonderful dog, Sasha. | |
| Todd is the Business Manager of the Heat and Frost Insulators, Local 7. Prior to being elected President, Todd served as REBOUND's Vice-President for several years. He is also the President of the WA State Building and Construction Trades Council. | |

| Nicole joined REBOUND's investigative team and working in Customer Service and Information Technology. She has a degree in Accounting, which makes her especially well suited to the task of auditing certified payroll records and establishing prevailing wage claims. | |
