REBOUND is a private, non-pofit organization funded by the rank and file membership of a consortium of Building and Construction Trades Unions. We are dedicated to the betterment of the lives of working people. Our biggest asset is the great people that we have working at all levels of our organization. We believe in working with integrity, honesty and a strong commitment to the growth and strength of organized labor.

Miriam Israel Moses

| Miriam was one of the original members of the REBOUND Investigative Team when the organization was started in 1988. She left REBOUND to become the Industrial Statistician and Program Manager of Prevailing Wage for L&I. She later joined the City of Seattle first as it's Classification Appeals Examiner and later as the Executive Director of the Civil Service Commission. A constant worker rights advocate, Miriam attended undergraduate and graduate school at Hunter College in NYC, where she was born and raised, and was awarded an MBA from Southern California University with specializations in Labor/Management Relations and Statistical Methodologies. Miriam is a published author, poet and composer who is a proud member of the Dramatist's Guild and The Author's League. Miriam lives with her dog, Scout, and her cat, Cleo. | |
| Ted serves as the Business Manager for the Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local 7. Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Ted was awarded a BA by WA State University. He became an apprentice in 1980 and has worked in the union for 25 years. Ted's been on REBOUND's Board since it began in 1988, and he currently serves as a Trustee for the SBCTC. Married for 29 years, Ted and his wife drove a van across Europe, and Ted races British sportscars in vintage racing events. | |

Darrell Chapman

| Darrell currently serves as an Organizer for the IBEW, Local 191. He was born and raised in Texas, where he attended the University of Texas. Darrell became an apprentice in 1970 and has served the labor movement ever since. He is the VP, 2nd District for the WA State Labor Council and President of the Snohomish County Labor Council. Married with two grown children, Darrell is a Viet Nam vet who loves music and theatre. | |
| Brad serves as Organizer with the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, Local 32 and has just begun his work as the Local's apppointee to REBOUND. He is also the REBOUND representative for all of the WA pipe trades locals. | |
| Mike is the Business Manager for the UA Sprinkler Fitters, Local 699. He has been an active member of the REBOUND Finance Committee since being elected to his position, and now takes over the position of Treasurer. | |

| Charlie is the Business Representative for the Elevator Constructors, Local 19. Charlie serves REBOUND as its Treasurer and also as the Chair of its Finance Committee. Born and raised in Toppenish, WA on the Yakima Reservation Charlie attended Lincoln HS in Seattle. He served as an apprentice from 1973 to 1978 and has worked in the field for 25 years before becoming a Business Rep in 1999. Charlie attended the George Meany Labor School & the Rocky Mountain School of Labor, specializing in contract negotiation and lobbying. Charlie is married with three sons. During the little time when he's not working, Charlie loves to play softball and fish. | |
